Chris Servia, Chairperson
Chris is Assistant Vice President, IT Business Continuity Coordinator with CIT Group, a middle market bank and financial services company. Chris is responsible for all aspects of Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and Crisis Management planning. He promotes a Simplified, Effective, and Efficient (SEE) approach to business continuity. Chris has 30+ years of experience in information technology and has focused in business continuity since 2002.
Chris earned his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from East Carolina University. He is a Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) through the Disaster Recovery Institute International. He also holds the Member Business Continuity Institute (MBCI) certification.
Teresa Butner, Vice Chair
I am a Director of Infrastructure Project Management and Business Continuity with Inmar Intelligence, a technology and data science company for consumers. My current responsibilities are project manager over infrastructure large projects/cross functional teams along with all aspects of Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Emergency/Safety, and Crisis Management planning for Inmar Intelligence Organization. I started in the technology field as an Assembly Programmer for local Airlines Industry and have 35+ years of information technology experience. My focus on Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity began in the year 2000 and has continued for 20 years. I am a Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) through the Disaster Recovery Institute and have been a member of Charlotte CPAC organization since early 2000's. I also hold a membership with Winston Salem Local Emergency Planning Committee and a member of InfraGard Charlotte.
G. Terrell Graham, Membership Director
Terrell Graham is a Security Account Manager for Allied Universal Security Services with 18 years of Security experience. Graham has a Bachelor’s degree in Public Safety with a specialization in Homeland Security from Capella University and a Master’s degree in Public Administration with specialization in Emergency Management from Clemson University.

Rod Davis - Program Director*
Rod works for SIL International, a faith-based non-profit organization, as a Business Continuity
Consultant. He leads disaster recovery planning and annual exercises for SIL’s global operations. Rod has
developed comprehensive information security training for internal use, both for end users and IT
administrators. He has led programs for corporate data backup and security awareness training. Rod
travels to Africa each year, teaching information security and leading disaster recovery exercises. He and
his family were assigned to a branch office in Mali, West Africa from 1997-2010 where he served as IT
Administrator and also chaired a Field Crisis Management Team.
Rod holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from UNC Charlotte. He has 30+ years of
Information Technology experience and has numerous certifications including CISSP,
