Dear CPAC Membership,
As 2018-2020 Chair of the Board of Directors, I would like to start off this letter by reminding us why this organization exists in the first place. Business continuity is not why this organization continues to exist. It is because of resilient people. People who believe in the mission of protecting, of preparing, of building and strengthening relationships within our local and extended communities. It is because we care about the wellbeing of people that we do what we do.
In this Annual Report you will find both a strategic and financial review of the last two and half years. It will lay out what the board has been doing and what we believe the future of CPAC to be. It cannot be done alone and without support from members. As you read this annual report, Please ask yourself these questions: Do I want CPAC to continue to serve me and my community? What will I commit to do to make sure that happens?
Contingency Planning Association of the Carolinas’ board of directors’ self-nomination period is open now through November 5, 2020. During this time, we are asking every member to fill out the short 5 questions survey Membership Poll. This will be integral in the decision around CPAC's future.
If you are interested in serving on the board of directors for the 2020-2022 term, please email Membership@CPACCarolinas.org. Board members remaining into the 2021 year are listed on the Board of Directors page. Board positions to be filled as soon as possible can be found on the Board Of Directors Vacancies 2020 page.
Thank you for all you do!
Danielle
